Dear Families, Teachers, Staff and Friends,

The playground equipment is up.  We are overwhelmed by the hard work that was put in on Saturday.  Many started at 6:30 in the morning and stayed until it was done.  Many of you gave up a good part of your Saturday to help.  For all the moms and dads that worked so hard on the construction we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.  For those of you who were there, but feel you didn't really do anything, you are wrong.  The minute you took the time and stepped onto the playground, you made a difference.  Sometimes a smile or an encouraging word can change everything.  For all of you who donated what was needed to make a successful day, we thank you.  Your donations are greatly appreciated.

The weather was beautiful and spirits were high.  The children played happily while the adults worked.  Everyone seemed to enjoy what they were doing.  We are still smiling. 

The last year and a half have been an adventure.  We have had a wonderful journey.  We have gotten to know many new faces.  Your support has meant the world to us.  The playground is not yet complete, but will be shortly.  We cannot wait to watch the children slide and climb and have a ball.
